DIGITAL CONTENT DELIVERY

All FullStackLive content is delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products. Our webinars, courses, and educational materials are provided through our online platform or via email.

DELIVERY METHODS

FullStackLive delivers content through the following methods:

• Live webinar sessions accessed through our online platform
• Email delivery of access links to digital materials
• Downloadable content including documents, presentations, and webinar recordings
• Access to our online learning portal where applicable

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Upon successful purchase:

• Access to live webinars will be provided within 24 hours of purchase via email
• Supplementary materials (documents, presentations) will be delivered via email within 48 hours of the webinar completion
• Webinar recordings will be made available within 72 hours after the live session
• Access to any online portal will be granted within 24 hours of purchase

EMAIL DELIVERY

All digital materials, access links, and download instructions will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Provide a valid and accessible email address
• Check spam/junk folders if delivery emails are not found in the inbox
• Contact FullStackLive if access links or materials are not received within the specified timeframes

ACCESS DURATION

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase:

• Access to webinar recordings and supplementary materials is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase
• Downloadable content should be saved by the customer for future reference
• FullStackLive reserves the right to modify access duration with prior notice

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical requirements to access our digital content, including:

• Reliable internet connection
• Compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge recommended)
• Software capable of viewing PDF documents and common presentation formats
• Audio and video capabilities for webinar participation
